Roma photographer Charlotte Allen to document life on the land | Queensland Country Life

Roma-based photographer and sheep and goat producer Charlotte Allen is embarking on a project to shine a positive light on farming.

Ms Allen’s business Aliven Photography is named after the 566 hectare property she shares with husband Josh and children Ty, 11 and Emma and Maddy, 6.

Her family and farm life have been the key inspiration for her photographs and now she’s looking for farming families to come forward to be part of a special project.

“I feel like there’s a lot of negativity towards the drought and farming among the public and I wanted to share the beauty of what life on the land is like,” she said.

“I just see so much magic in our lives… even just the kids when they learn to drive the tractor.

“It’s not all about animals…
